  33. If you put a breakout box on the serial port you will see that the
  34. Windows serial port driver drops the DTR signal every time the device
  35. is closed.  The device is closed each and everytime K95 terminates
  36. unless the device handle was passed to K95 when it is started.  When
  37. DTR is dropped the modem hangs up the phone call.
